Summary: The city of Arlington, TX has experienced repeated flooding. In 2010 Tropical Storm Hermine flooded 250 structures in the city, including 50 structures in the Woodland Park area. As a result, the city decided to develop a plan to mitigate the flooding of properties that were most frequently impacted.
